Item was purchased as a wedding gift for friends. It had flecks of Styrofoam all over it when I opened the box, and I had to clean the entire backpack, inch by inch, to make it look presentable and new. It looked wonderful after it was cleaned up. It seems to be very sturdy and well-made.
