Alternate Description
The manufacture suggest that if you see a sparrow nest to take part of it and put it in the center of the trap then dispose of the rest. This will call the sparrows to the cage.
Another option is to put pop corn to lure them. Once you get one then they will call for more.
The sparrow will sit on the perch and it triggers a mechanism to close the door. There is a one way entrance into the center cage.
Bird organizations will come pick up the sparrows if you call them.
