I have owned my Chef's Choice 110 for about 15 years. I love the ease of use and how sharp it gets the blades. It takes only a minute or two to restore like new sharpness. I've also given other units for gifts and they have enjoyed them as well. I don't know how any kitchen could be without one of these.
