The product works very well cleaning all areas of teeth and gums. It is especially effective getting into hard to reach areas, such as the back molars. The only complaint I would have is that the "on/off" button, which is stainless steel, is somewhat difficult to press; however, other electric toothbrushes which have rubber on/off buttons (Sonicare) often tear, rendering the product useless, so I am sure this will lengthen the life of this particular brush. Being able to store extra brush heads in the holder is a definite plus. The toothbrush itself is very easy to clean, unlike the Sonicare, which seems to trap "gunk" in a gap where the brush is connected. The Braun is seamless, so very easily rinsed clean. So far, a very nice product!
