While it is still somewhat early to determine, the item seems to be effective and should maybe rate a 5 instead of 4, but that remains to be seen. I did expect it to come with more instruction.

In my opinion The ston-o-max is only a high tech vibration belt.. I did not feel any muscle work-out. I was concerned at the intensity of abdominal vibrating.. jaring internal organs... Kidney, pancrease, bladder, stomach, etc. I'm not a doctor but such high frequency repetitive vibration I did not think could be healthy. I could be wrong but I did not like the session with this belt. Unless proven in clinical study.. I question it's effectiveness or weight loss potential. In my opinion it's just a high tech portable vibrating belt..
