This is a great little knife! It is very sharp and well made. I keep it away from a magnetized money clip though. It will stick!

This is a cheap (price) knife, so I think you have to take that into consideration when ranking it. It's simple and well made. A perfect pocket knife to have for light cutting. I particularly like the way the lock works on this as it doesn't extend out over the handle (as with some other buck knives). All in all, it is well worth the price!
