I like the product for the convenience and ease of use. However it does not very many different levels of difficulty. If you are starting out with a new fitness plan and have not exercised a great deal, this will be great!

Don't think for a minute that you can keep this thing tucked away under a table and use it without taking up space elsewhere. It may not require as much space as a real exercycle, but it isn't particularly convenient in a small living space either.
