My new feeder is a big hit with my backyard birds, especially cardinals. They are not heavy enough to close the openings to the food. The feeder has brought cardinals to my yard from other yards and they do not have to share any food with the squirrels any more. The other typical small birds love it too! I am now buying twice as much bird food as I did before I put up the new feeder. This makes me very happy since I love to watch birds enjoying food, especially in the winter.

I like my classic bird feeder very much! It is sturdy and repels the squirrels. I had previously purchased a feeder from a local store. Their feeder was smaller and had larger holes so some food fell out. I gave theirs to the wild bird thrift shop and I hope they can use it.
