It will not rot or fall apart like wooden feeders, and the squirrels cannot tear them apart like other feeders. It ships and stores flat unlike some plastic feeders on the market. It comes completely assembled, and you can even run them through the dishwasher to clean them. The "NO/NO" Bird Feeder feeds both clinging and perching birds. We love this bird feeder. The design is perfect for keeping the squirrels out. The black sunflower seeds it is designed to hold has attracted many types of birds to our yard including gold and purple finches, cardinals, nuthatches, titmouse and chickadees. The feeder is easy to fill.

This is a no frills, sturdy, and effective bird feeder. It takes black sunflower seeds; anything smaller would fall through the sides. There is no base lip to catch the debris. I really like this feeder and the clean up is minimal.
