I love it! It's so nice! I did have a problem with the first one that came in the mail - the zipper was faulty/broken. I called to exchange it and the excellent customer service was amazing! 1 more thing... if you go to Hollywood Bowl, it doesn't fit in the space where your feet go (between your knees and the bench in front of you). It' very bulky, but very nice looking and efficient.

We have had this product for over 5 years. We love it. The all-in-one design is fabulous. It contains everything and is easy to pack on the run (which we do daily during the summer). We would never have bought this due price, but after owning it, we would replace it if necessary. It is great! The glasses have begun to disintegrate and we had to replace them after 4 years (this was without putting them in the dishwasher). But this was minimal. We would highly recommend this product.

This is the third Picnic World gift I have given: 2 picnic backpacks as engagement gifts, and this cooler for our anniversary. We love it! I very carefully checked measurements against the items we bring to outdoor concerts (it is tall enough to hold a bottle of wine upright), and chose the Avalanche because we can fit all that we need in the one piece. It is well-equipped (though I did replace the linens with a more preferable pattern and fabric), with a place for everything, and all the items are easily accessible. We especially like the solid cooler compartment which is easily cleaned, the telescoping handle, and the tall rather than wide shape which easier to handle in crowds and takes up less space on the ground. I have owned one of these for years and love it. The sliding handle had a partial failure after a few years of use and glasses crazed after dishwasher cleaning, but your site's customer service was SUPERB! Our cooler was replaced, along with the glasses, and the new cooler has design improvements to help address the original handle issue. Your site is great - good products, obviously on-going enhancements and refinements and fantastic customer service. I'd be amazed if anyone was disappointed with this product.

We like the concept of including all of the picnic items in one package. The concept is great. Our only problem with the item we purchaesd is the design. The way the wine glasses are included in the front of the unit they are prone to getting broke anytime you are transporting the unit. Also the size of the wheels makes it hard to control on grass or other soft surfaces.
