Havahart Clear Squirrel Dilemma Inserts
The plastic inserts that come standard with the famous Havahart Squirrel Dilemma feeder are very durable and effective, but unfortunately do not last forever. Avoid the waste and unnecessary cost of replacing an entire feeder by just purchasing the part you need to give your feeder a new lease on life! Includes seed reservoir inserts and fits models 104, 105, 2104, and 2105.
The inserts fit perfectly, a good item.
Just what we needed - birds are happy again.
The replacement parts were well made and fit properly.
It was exactly what I wanted. I think the inserts work best when the metal insides are removed.
Replacement parts fit, delivery was swift. Very happy.
I have had the 2 bird feeders for over a decade and unfortunately, plastic does not last in the Northeast forever. I was so lucky to have found you to get me the liners...many thanks and the birds are chirpping too.
Didn't have to replace the whole unit, just the inserts. The birds love it and the feeder is so busy with 8-12 birds at a time, that the squirrels don't have anyplace to hang on and try to eat.
We have had several Hyde Squirrel Dilemma feeders for many years and have to replace the inserts every two or three years because they have no UV protection in the plastic so they break down. These inserts fit the old feeders very well but I do wish they were made of UV resistant Lexan so they would last longer.
The only place I was able to find replacement parts for my feeder. My birds thank you. thanks for that
My feeder is over 20 years old and still in great shape. This is the first time I've had to replace the inserts. Easy assembly. Wouldn't have any other feeder, the Hyde Squirrel Dilemma Vinyl Coated feeder is the best for the money. Thanks for such a wonderful, long-lasting product. The birds flock to it.
Squerrel Dilemma insert forces birds to cling to the side of the feeder to reach the seeds in the middle and upper sections of the feeder. Cardinals cannot dwell on the bottom level when the seed disappears;this creates the situation for many more interesting contortions in the bird's poses as it climbs and feeds closer to the top of the feeder.
The product was excellent!
I was very happy with the purchase of the replacement parts for my bird feeder. From the description and the pictures on your site I was able to determine, without a doubt, the parts were the right ones I needed.
The product is great. However, it is misnamed. The squirrels in my back yard are not in the least baffled by this. They hang upside down and systematically empty the chambers. Oh, well, they are fun to watch, too. The birds usually clear up the spilled seed from the ground, so all of the wildlife enjoy the seed. Thanks!
I loved the fit but, because of the tube the sections would not completely fill up. Then after a few days the unfilled part of the section began to get moisture in them. I removed to tube and all is well. I was happy to find replacement parts. My birds prefer this type feeder over all of the others.
I like the idea and the quality but the separated feeder areas are not very user friendly.
The squirrel sit on the top shake it until all the seed comes out and falls on ground then they Gorge themselves
